Responsibilities

• Service an established route of residential and commercial swimming pools
• Test and balance pool water chemistry to maintain safe, healthy water
• Add and adjust pool chemicals including chlorine, sanitizer, pH adjusters, and algaecides
• Brush pool walls, steps, and tile surfaces
• Vacuum pools and remove debris
• Empty skimmer baskets and pump baskets
• Clean or backwash pool filters as needed
• Inspect pumps, filters, heaters, chlorinators, automation systems, and other pool equipment for proper operation
• Identify equipment issues and communicate repair recommendations to customers
• Maintain accurate service records and communicate completed work
• Keep company vehicles organized and stocked with supplies
• Deliver exceptional customer service during every visit

Requirements

• No pool service experience required—we’ll train you
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Must be at least 21 years old for company vehicle insurance requirements
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to safely handle pool chemicals and equipment after training
