TASKS

  • Prepare and execute pool café menu items including lunch, snacks, and special events
  • Develop and maintain consistent, high-quality food standards in a high-volume setting
  • Manage daily food prep, inventory, and ordering for the pool café operation
  • Maintain a clean, organized kitchen while upholding all food safety and sanitation standards
  • Oversee and support culinary team members working in the pool café
  • Assist with themed events, holiday menus, and poolside service enhancements

REQUIREMENTS

  • Culinary experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Experience with casual dining, short-order cooking, or high-volume service preferred
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Able to work efficiently in an outdoor, seasonal setting
  • Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays during peak season
