TASKS
- Prepare and execute pool café menu items including lunch, snacks, and special events
- Develop and maintain consistent, high-quality food standards in a high-volume setting
- Manage daily food prep, inventory, and ordering for the pool café operation
- Maintain a clean, organized kitchen while upholding all food safety and sanitation standards
- Oversee and support culinary team members working in the pool café
- Assist with themed events, holiday menus, and poolside service enhancements
REQUIREMENTS
- Culinary experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Experience with casual dining, short-order cooking, or high-volume service preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Able to work efficiently in an outdoor, seasonal setting
- Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays during peak season
