Pool & Beach Server/Attendant, Part-Time

The Naples Beach Club, a Four Seasons Resort, offers 156 luxurious beachfront private residences and a 222-room hotel in Old Naples, Florida. The resort features residents-only facilities, a luxury spa, outdoor pursuits, and an 18-hole golf course.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Pick up, stock, restock, and drop off towels, juices, fruits and other amenities needed.
• Utilize the hotel computer system by ringing up sales, printing checks, closing checks, and completing end of day revenue reports.
• Conduct all opening procedures including obtaining pool keys, unlocking all cabinets, setting up amenities, and organizing pool towels.
• Serve and clear beverage items in an unobtrusive and professional manner.
• Aid guests in seating, offering towels, and informing them of amenities, hotel information, and food and beverage service.
• Wipe down, set up, and move, when necessary, all pool deck equipment.
• Comply with Four Seasons Category One and Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact.
• Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by hotel management and staff.
• Respond properly in any hotel emergency or safety situation.
• Report any accident immediately, no matter how minor, to a manager.
• Follow proper payroll and uniform procedures.

What you bring

• Average reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language.
• High school education or equivalent experience.
• 1-2 years of food and beverage serving and/or related food and beverage experience in a high volume upscale resort.
