About the role

Assist guests with anything and everything they need while lounging poolside, from delivering towels to setting up a beach chair in the perfect spot. Maintain the surrounding area to perfection, and foster guest loyalty and satisfaction.

• Deliver towels to guests
• Set up beach chairs in desirable locations
• Maintain cleanliness and order of the pool area

Requirements

• Passionate about providing superior guest service
• Previous similar work experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of recreation operations
• Team player and hard worker

• Flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation
