As a Pool Attendant, you'll help create a welcoming, safe, and impeccably maintained pool environment while delivering exceptional hospitality. From anticipating guest needs and keeping the pool area guest-ready to ensuring safety remains the top priority, you'll play an important role in creating memorable experiences. Duties Include Welcome guests with friendly, attentive service and create a safe, enjoyable pool experience.Maintain a clean, organized pool deck by arranging furniture, removing towels and debris, and keeping the area guest-ready throughout the day.Monitor pool access, validate guest entry, remain alert to activity around the facility, and respond appropriately to emergencies.Coordinate with the Fitness and Food & Beverage teams to ensure seamless guest service and support daily operations.Perform duties in an outdoor environment for extended periods, including working in direct sunlight, and assist with other responsibilities as assigned. What You'll Bring Previous customer service or food & beverage experience preferred.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a guest-first mindset.Ability to remain professional and composed while handling guest concerns.Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.CPR certification preferred, but not required.
