Pool Assistant

About the role

Outdoor Adventures is looking to add new team members to its roster of motivated employees. We are seeking individuals who believe in putting in an honest day's work while maintaining good relationships with the members that we serve.

Responsibilities

• Present the utmost professional appearance and attitude at all times and maintain an excellent standard of customer service.
• Monitor and enforce all pool rules and regulations.
• Adhere to and enforce all safety procedures.
• Work with all age groups (children, teens, and adults).
• Greet new arrivals and maintain a clean environment.
• Carry out any other reasonable tasks assigned by a manager to meet the operational demands of the resort.

Requirements

• Experience with customer service, lifeguarding, pool monitoring, or related fields is preferred.
• Experience with pool cleaning, opening and closing of pool equipment, is highly preferred.
• Physical fitness - ability to walk, dance, stand, lift, or meet other physical demands.
• Adaptability and strong organization and time management skills.
• Patience and compassion when dealing with others.
• Flexibility to work when needed, especially evenings, weekends, or early mornings.
• Willingness to adhere to and enforce all safety policies and procedures.
