PRN - Night Shift
Responsibilities
- Performs polysomnography procedures according to physician orders, department policy, and patient care plans.
- Adapts all needed testing procedures and equipment to patients and obtains quality data.
- Conducts thorough patient assessments and takes appropriate action as necessary.
- Uses hospital equipment, supplies, and resources responsibly and notifies the lead polysomnographer of any concerns.
- Follows procedures for correct billing and documentation of services provided.
- Strives to achieve reliability scores at a prescribed rate.
Requirements
- 1+ experience as a sleep tech
- Registered Polysomnography Technologist (RPSGT) certification
Qualifications
- Associate degree [Preferred]
- High School Grad or Equiv [Required]
Pay
$23.71 - $44.09 per hour
