Polysomnography Technologist - Full-Time, Night

About the role

Join a team performing polysomnographic testing and sleep therapy setup to diagnose and treat sleep disorders.

Responsibilities

• Conduct sleep studies such as PSGs, MSLTs, and MWTs in accordance with physician orders and departmental policies.
• Pre-score sleep studies, troubleshoot equipment, and ensure artifact-free results.
• Communicate effectively with patients and staff, obtain patient consent, and adhere to infection control standards.
• Act as a preceptor for students.
• Perform other duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy or sleep program.
• Hold CRT, RRT, or RPSGT credentials.
• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Must maintain necessary licensure and credentials, including state-specific licensing if applicable.

Skills and Abilities

• Proficient in treating adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients.
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Office and data entry.
• Strong mathematical skills.
