Responsibilities
The Polysomnographic Technologist II performs comprehensive polysomnography in accordance with OMC’s Sleep Center policies and procedures, and the American Academy of Sleep Medicine (AASM) guidelines.
Requirements
- Education: Successful completion of an accredited educational program leading to an associate degree with an emphasis in polysomnography OR Successful completion of a polysomnography program of no less than one year’s duration, associated with a state-licensed and/or a nationally accredited educational facility OR Equivalent experience and documented proficiency at all competencies required of a Polysomnographic Technologist
- Experience: 18 months’ experience in polysomnography preferred
- Licensure/Credentials: Certification (and maintenance of certification) by the American Board of Sleep Medicine (ABSM) as a Registered Sleep Technologist (RST) OR Equivalent registration by the Board of Registered Polysomnographic Technologists as a Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) Current BLS certification

Fte 100% WORK SHIFT Night Pay Range $32.69 - $50.57 Union UFCW 3000-Professional and Technical Shift Differentials/Premiums Weekend & Holiday Shifts: No On-Call Shifts: No Shift Differentials Evening $3.00/hour Night $5.00/hour Premiums Weekend Premium $4.50/hour Standby Premium $4.00/hour Per Diem Premium 15% (on base, in lieu of benefits) Certification Premium $2.00/hour
