About the role
The Sleep Technologist conducts comprehensive adult and pediatric polysomnographic testing, analysis, patient care, and education. They perform diagnostic and therapeutic interventions, including CPAP, Bi-level, ASV, and O2 titration, under supervision. The role may involve oversight and training of other staff members.
Responsibilities
- Perform adult and pediatric sleep studies
- Analyze data and provide patient education
- Administer diagnostic and therapeutic interventions
- Train and oversee staff as needed
Qualifications
- National Registered Polysomnographic Technologist or Certified Polysomnographic Technician
- National Provider BLS certification
- Proficiency in all required competencies
Preferred: Associate's Degree
