About the role

Independently perform all aspects of diagnostic testing and record scoring of data to ensure a high degree of quality services. Assist less experienced technologists with tasks as needed or as requested by the Polysomnography Coordinator, Director of Neurology Services, or Medical Director.

Responsibilities

• Independently perform all aspects of diagnostic testing and record scoring of data to ensure high-quality services.
• Assist less experienced technologists with tasks as needed or as requested by leadership.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required.
• Some college coursework in basic science of sleep medicine preferred.
• 2 years of experience in Polysomnography, EEG, or Respiratory Therapy; other health-related experience may qualify.

Qualifications

• Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) by the Board of Registered Polysomnographic Technologists (BRPT) required upon hire.
