Polymer Process Operator

About the role

Polymer Process Production Operator will be working to make raw material for manufacturing at a high level of discipline to fill the demand of production quantities.

Responsibilities

• Making of Vitamin E Solution
• Blending Vitamin E Resin
• Submitting samples to ATS Lab for testing
• Compression molding of polymer resin
• CNC machining of molded polymer slabs
• Packing & shipping work orders to vendors

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Strong knowledge of all relevant machinery, tooling, measuring, and gauging equipment and proper handling methods
• Thorough understanding of production processes in the area
• Knowledge of proper set‑ups for machinery, blue‑prints, routers, and set‑up files
• Adequate knowledge of parts required to produce quality assemblies per functional and cosmetic requirements
• Ability to work effectively with all levels of employees, including production staff, management, and technical professionals
• Must be able to lift 70 pounds and meet all technical and physical requirements of the primary job function
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Willingness to work flexible hours as required by production schedules
• Commitment to high‑level quality performance
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
