About the role
Helitech is seeking an experienced and motivated Poly Foreman to lead poly injection and soil stabilization projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead poly injection crews on residential projects
- Review project specifications and prepare materials, tools, and equipment
- Perform polyurethane foam injection for lifting, void filling, and soil stabilization
- Ensure quality and safety standards are met
- Complete job documentation and reports
- Communicate with customers throughout projects
- Maintain equipment and maximize crew productivity
- Train and develop crew members
Requirements
- 3+ years of construction, foundation repair, concrete lifting, or related experience
- 2+ years of leadership experience preferred
- Experience with polyurethane injection preferred
- Ability to read plans and specifications
- Strong troubleshooting skills

- Leadership & Execution: Lead crews safely and efficiently, strong organization and time management, manage project priorities and deadlines, maintain high workmanship standards
- Safety & Work Ethic: Knowledge of OSHA standards and jobsite safety, safety-first mindset, reliable, hardworking, and results-oriented

Pay
Starting Pay: $28.00–$32.00 per hour depending on experience. Higher earning potential with specialized skills.
Schedule
Full-time Monday through Thursday 8-12 hour shifts
