Poly Foreman

About the role

Helitech is seeking an experienced and motivated Poly Foreman to lead poly injection and soil stabilization projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead poly injection crews on residential projects
• Review project specifications and prepare materials, tools, and equipment
• Perform polyurethane foam injection for lifting, void filling, and soil stabilization
• Ensure quality and safety standards are met
• Complete job documentation and reports
• Communicate with customers throughout projects
• Maintain equipment and maximize crew productivity
• Train and develop crew members

Requirements

• 3+ years of construction, foundation repair, concrete lifting, or related experience
• 2+ years of leadership experience preferred
• Experience with polyurethane injection preferred
• Ability to read plans and specifications
• Strong troubleshooting skills

• Leadership & Execution: Lead crews safely and efficiently, strong organization and time management, manage project priorities and deadlines, maintain high workmanship standards
• Safety & Work Ethic: Knowledge of OSHA standards and jobsite safety, safety-first mindset, reliable, hardworking, and results-oriented

• Safely operate tools, pumps, injection equipment, and machinery
• Strong communication and leadership skills

Pay

Starting Pay: $28.00–$32.00 per hour depending on experience. Higher earning potential with specialized skills.

Schedule

Full-time Monday through Thursday 8-12 hour shifts
