Qualifications

• At least two years as a successful Area Director
• Completed Core Training — Phase One
• Proven leadership and relational skills
• A call to reach kids with the Gospel
• Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality

Requirements

• College degree preferred
• Must adhere to Young Life’s Statement of Faith
• Must be ready, willing, and able to fulfill ministry functions
• Must refrain from conduct and statements that detract from biblical standards
• Must abide by all policies and practices of Young Life
