Political Science Analyst Intern

About the role

We are looking to fill a remote political science internship role that would help us with political analysis at Biasly (www.biasly.com), a political news website that specializes in providing online news, media bias ratings, and education products to users around the world using A.I. Applicants can expect to fulfill internship and credit hour requirements prescribed by the university, if applicable. Flexible schedule and remote.

Responsibilities

• Research biases in the media.
• Participate in bias rating projects to improve our algorithms using our rating methodology (training included).
• Assist in other projects analyzing policy, politicians, and other political matters.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3.0 GPA.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
• Highly analytical and detail-oriented.
• Reliable, able to keep all commitments.
• Team player.
• Major or minor in government, political science, or related degree.
• Writing experience in school or elsewhere preferred.
