Polisher - Paint Team

Key Responsibilities

• Perform polishing operations on a range of materials including metals, plastics, and ceramics to achieve desired finish and shine.
• Inspect surfaces to ensure they meet quality and safety standards, making necessary adjustments as required.
• Operate and maintain polishing equipment and tools in accordance with safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to identify improvements in production methods and product quality.
• Ensure a clean and organized work environment to promote efficient workflow.
• Record and report any defects or deviations from specifications to the relevant personnel.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advances in polishing techniques.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a manufacturing or finishing environment is advantageous, but not required; training will be provided.
• Strong attention to detail and an ability to concentrate on tasks for extended periods.
• Basic knowledge of polishing tools and equipment is preferred.
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with other team members.
• Willingness to comply with all company safety policies and procedures.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for long periods and work with repetitive motions.
• Capability to lift and move materials as needed, up to the specified safety limits.
