Polisher (1st Shift)

Your Responsibilities

• Responsible for metal finishing / polishing of stamping forming die steels and die casting tools.
• Performs metallurgical checks of tooling including Spectro, hardness checks, and heat treatment determination of tools.
• Completes quality control documentation for customers as required.
• Maintains the measurement devices.
• Provides additional support to the Production Manager and customers as required.

  Your Profile

  • Commits to corporate core values, goals, mission, and vision.
  • High School graduate or GED.
  • 1-2 years of metal finishing / polishing of stamping forming die steels and die casting tools experience preferred.
  • Must be comfortable working with hands and be able to lift 44lbs.
  • Individual must have strong work ethic, be high-energy, and detail oriented.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • A positive attitude.
  • Good Attendance.
