You’ll assist small‑business policyholders with account questions, billing, policy updates, autopay, and other service needs while working toward a positive, one‑call resolution. Responsibilities

• Assist policyholders with account and coverage‑related questions
• Process policy updates, billing requests, and autopay changes
• Resolve concerns with professionalism, patience, and empathy
• Navigate multiple systems while accurately documenting each interaction
• Follow up on outstanding requests to ensure complete resolution
• Build trust by providing reliable, solution‑focused support

Requirements

• Customer service, call center, retail, hospitality, or related experience
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
• Comfort using dual monitors and multiple computer applications
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Motivation to provide excellent service and earn performance bonuses

Pay

The pay range for this position is $19.00 – $19.00 per hour.

Schedule

Monday‑Friday with multiple daytime start times available.
