What You’ll Be Doing
- Owns the end-to-end policy management process, including policy development, review, approval, publication, maintenance, communication, training coordination, and continuous improvement
- Coordinates with policy owners to ensure policies are current, accessible, consistently communicated, and aligned across business units
- Maintains organized program documentation, upholds document control standards, and provides concise status updates to PPM and SH&E leadership on program health and outcomes
Requirements To Be Successful In This Position
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in business, communications, safety, compliance, project management, or related field; equivalent experience considered
- 3+ years of experience in program coordination, policy administration, document control, project support, or related business operations preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple programs, stakeholders, deadlines, and recurring review cycles simultaneously
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization and drive clear follow-through on program and policy deliverables
- Comfortable digging into data and process details, learning new systems, and identifying opportunities for simplification and continuous improvement
- Experience with program administration, policy management, documentation systems, collaboration platforms, or document control is preferred
- Familiarity with safety, compliance, or management systems and project management certification, such as PMP or CAPM, is preferred
Physical Requirements
- Position is largely sedentary in a climate-controlled office environment
- Sitting for extended periods of time, up to 6-10 hours per day, while working at a computer or desk
- Frequently uses hands and fingers for keyboarding, writing, and operating office tools
- Reads printed materials and computer screens, adjusts focus, and maintains attention to detail
- Hears and speaks frequently to communicate effectively in person, by telephone, or via virtual platforms
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and reach office-related supplies, files, chairs, and carts
- Ability to move for short periods between work areas to attend meetings or retrieve materials
- Exposed to standard office-related materials and substances, with low-to-moderate noise levels
- If applicable, during operations visits may be required by the site or customer to wear PPE, including but not limited to respirators, safety glasses, gloves, steel-toed footwear, fire-resistant and/or high-visibility clothing, and hearing protection
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 10%, as needed, based on business needs
