Leidos has an opportunity for a Policy and Strategy Analyst SME in our Intel Sector Analysis Solutions Business Area (ASBA). Our team specializes in Security Engineering, Computer Network Operations (CNO), Mission Software, Analytical Methods and Modeling, Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), and Cryptographic Key Management.

About the role

Exciting opening to support a large customer organization in the fast-growing National Security Group. This position is located in Bethesda, MD. Candidates must currently possess a TS/SCI Polygraph security clearance.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute meaningful input to Cybersecurity policies.
  • Develop and publish baseline security requirements for common enterprise services to ensure compliance with cybersecurity directives and policies.
  • Conduct critical path analysis, risk analysis, and task dependency analysis.
  • Develop security requirements and constraints to provide input to foundational technical documents, including program architectural artifacts, business cases, and concept of operations.
  • Provide guidance and recommendations for security-related issues.
  • Work independently or as part of a team.

Requirements

  • TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance.
  • Firm understanding of Cybersecurity requirements across the Intelligence Community (IC).
  • Understanding of National Security Systems initiatives.
  • Familiarity with the IC policy update process and DNI structure and processes.
  • Experience in cybersecurity responsibility areas listed above.
  • Detail-oriented, with ability to consistently provide high-quality products that are concise, thorough, and accurate.
  • Ability to adapt in response to shifts in customer priorities.
  • Experience in the ATO (Authorization to Operate) process and Risk Management.
  • Experience partnering across the IC.

Qualifications

  • Typically requires a BA degree and 12–15 years of prior relevant experience or a Masters with 10–13 years of prior relevant experience.
  • Familiarity with IC policies and authorities.

Pay

Pay Range: $116,350.00 - $210,325.00. The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
