Policy Analyst - Mid
What Impact You'll Have
We are seeking a Mid-Level Policy Analyst to support strategic planning, policy operations, governance, and process improvement initiatives supporting Intelligence Community mission operations.
What You'll Be Owning
- Research and analyze operational data and policy requirements.
- Support development of reports, strategic recommendations, and executive briefings.
- Cook up project schedules, stakeholder engagements, and action tracking.
- Support policy review, compliance activities, and governance initiatives.
- Aid in business process improvement and operational modernization efforts.
What You Must Have
- Active TS/SCI Clearance with ability to obtain Polygraph.
- 7+ years of experience in policy analysis, business operations, program management, or related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field.
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and collaboration tools.
Would Be Nice to Have
- Experience supporting IC or DoD mission operations.
- Experience supporting governance or continuity initiatives.
- Experience with process improvement methodologies.
