Key Responsibilities
- Monitor, track, and analyze political, regulatory, and legislative developments across multiple global jurisdictions.
- Conduct research and produce clear, actionable policy analysis, highlighting potential business impacts.
- Prepare briefings, reports, and updates for internal stakeholders and leadership teams.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure policy insights align with business objectives and priorities.
- Support the enhancement of policy monitoring processes, workflows, and analytical tools.
- Stay current on global policy trends, emerging regulations, and legislative activity.
- Affiliate with transparency reporting initiatives to ensure accuracy and alignment with applicable frameworks and reporting requirements.
- Utilize AI-enabled tools and research platforms to identify, monitor, and synthesize policy and regulatory developments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Policy, Political Science, Government, Law, Economics, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in public policy, government affairs, regulatory analysis, consulting, research, or a related discipline.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to interpret complex policy, regulatory, and legal information.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience creating reports, briefs, or policy summaries.
- Demonstrated interest in global political, legislative, and regulatory issues.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience using policy monitoring tools, research databases, or legislative tracking platforms is a plus.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to analyze source materials, reporting requirements, and policy documents to produce accurate, well-supported insights.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with regulatory intelligence, public affairs, or policy research initiatives.
- Familiarity with AI-powered research and monitoring tools.
- Ability to translate complex policy developments into practical business recommendations.
