This position is part of the Secret Service Police. The Secret Service Police are responsible for providing security and law enforcement services to protect the President of the United States, their families, and other high-ranking officials.

Responsibilities

• Provide security and law enforcement services to protect the President and other high-ranking officials
• Respond to emergencies and conduct investigations as needed
• Interact with the public and other law enforcement agencies as necessary
• Maintain a high standard of professionalism and integrity

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. citizen
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must meet physical fitness standards
• Must have a minimum of 3 years of progressively responsible law enforcement experience
• Must have a valid security clearance

Qualifications

• Must have a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, law enforcement, or a related field
• Must have a minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible law enforcement experience
• Must have a valid security clearance
