About the role

This position is part of the Secret Service Police. The Secret Service Police are responsible for protecting the President and Vice President, their families, and other high-ranking officials.

Responsibilities

• Provide security and protection services to the President, Vice President, and other high-ranking officials.
• Interact with the public and media in a professional manner.
• Participate in regular training and drills to maintain readiness.
• Respond to emergencies and incidents as required.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must meet physical fitness standards.
• Must pass a background check.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of progressively responsible law enforcement experience.
• Experience working in a high-stress environment.
• Knowledge of federal laws and regulations relevant to law enforcement.
