About the role

This position is for Secret Service Police. The Secret Service Police are responsible for protecting the President of the United States and their families, other high-ranking government officials, and designated dignitaries.

Responsibilities

• Provide security and protection services to the President and other high-ranking government officials.
• Respond to emergencies and conduct investigations as needed.
• Interact with the public and maintain a professional demeanor.
• Participate in training and drills to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must meet physical fitness standards.
• Must pass a background investigation.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of progressively responsible law enforcement experience.
• Completion of a police academy program.
• Knowledge of federal law and regulations relevant to law enforcement.
