Police Officer (Secret Service Police), $75,000 Recruitment Incentive

About the role

This position is for Secret Service Police Officers who will be responsible for protecting high-level government officials and dignitaries.

Responsibilities

• Provide security services to protect high-level government officials and dignitaries
• Conduct routine patrols and respond to emergencies
• Participate in training exercises and drills
• Interact with the public and other law enforcement agencies as needed

Requirements

• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Must meet physical fitness standards
• Must have a minimum of 3 years of progressively responsible law enforcement experience
• Must have a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. citizen
• Must pass a background investigation
• Must be able to work nights and weekends
