About the role

Performs patrolling, surveillance, escorting, investigation, and intervention services to protect the safety and security of patients of all ages, visitors, teammates, staff, and property.

Responsibilities

  • High School Diploma/GED required.
  • Candidate must have a minimum of four (4) years of employment as a Police Officer.
  • Georgia P.O.S.T. certification number.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license.
  • Complete training from Atrium Health that includes but is not limited to: Non-Violent Crisis Intervention/De-escalation, and defensive tactics, within 90 days of hire.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively and clearly, in both oral and written form.
  • GPSTC (24.0 Hours).
  • CPI/Restraint Training

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED required.
  • Four (4) years of employment as a Police Officer.
  • Georgia P.O.S.T. certification number.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Completed training from Atrium Health within 90 days of hire.
  • Effective communication skills (oral and written).
  • GPSTC (24.0 Hours).
  • CPI/Restraint Training

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma/GED.
  • Minimum of four (4) years of police experience.
  • Georgia P.O.S.T. certification.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Completed Atrium Health training within 90 days of hire.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • GPSTC (24.0 Hours).
  • CPI/Restraint Training.

Pay

$25.30 - $37.95 per hour.

Schedule

C Shift - Nights - 8pm - 8am.
