Police Officer - Government Facility

Allied Universal® is seeking currently sworn, non-retired Police Officers to join their Company Police Force in North Carolina. This position offers a rewarding career in a dynamic, welcoming, and collaborative workplace.
Responsibilities
- Patrols hospital campus
- Checks property and conducts room searches
- Apprehends, questions, and arrests suspects
- Issues traffic and parking citations
- Captures and preserves evidence
- Conducts investigations
- Responds to and assists in all medical emergencies
- Assists in conducting fire drills and evacuations
- Provides security escorts for personnel
- Chauffeurs division heads and visitors as requested
- Attends required periodic training sessions and seminars
- Maintains required level of proficiency in the use of firearms
- Performs other duties as required to meet the client's needs
Qualifications
- At least 21 years of age
- Active police officer not retired
- High School Diploma or GED
- Police ID, VPEC, and Firearm certification
- North Carolina Basic Law Enforcement certification required
- Licenses subject to state and/or local laws and regulations
- Maintain required level of proficiency in the use of firearms
Pay
$35.19 / Hour
Schedule
Daytime: Sat 06:00 AM - 06:00 PM
Sun 06:00 AM - 06:00 PM
