About the role
The Borough of Shillington is seeking applications for the position of Police Officer. Applicants must submit their completed application, including an application fee of $45.00, in person or via certified mail to the Borough of Shillington's Town Hall by 3:00 PM on Friday, July 17, 2026.
Responsibilities
- Respond to emergency calls and provide law enforcement services.
- Conduct patrols to maintain public safety.
- Participate in community policing initiatives.
- Maintain records and reports related to police activities.
Requirements
- Be at least 21 years old.
- Hold a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Possess a valid Pennsylvania driver’s license.
- Pass a written examination.
- Successfully complete a physical fitness/agility test.
