Responsibilities

• Respond to emergency calls and provide immediate assistance
• Handle public inquiries and direct callers to appropriate resources
• Congregate and dispatch police, fire, and ambulance units as necessary
• Document incidents and maintain records
• Coordinate with other agencies and departments as needed

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Must meet physical requirements including vision, hearing, and strength
• Must pass a background check and drug screening

Qualifications

• Previous experience in emergency services or related field preferred
