Poker Tournament Dealer - Borgata

The Role

Bring the game to life by dealing and running tournaments with confidence, precision, and energy. You’ll create a fun, seamless experience for every player while delivering exceptional guest service in a fast-paced environment—all while upholding company standards and gaming regulations.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for accuracy of table bank
• Responsible for compliance of gaming regulations
• Explain rules and answer questions for guests
• Notify shift supervisor of irregularities in customers play
• Responsible for accuracy of table pot and table rake
• Develop customer relations and facilitate usage of the one club card
• Assist in poker room operation as needed
• Assume additional responsibilities on an as needed basis

The Ideal Candidate

• High School Diploma or GED is Required
• 1+ Years of Prior Relevant Poker Dealing Experience is Required
• Required to work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays

Pay & Benefits

• The rate for this role is: $7.25
• Employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements
