Poker Supervisor - Dual Rate

Essential Job Functions

• Leads and supports Poker team in creating legendary customer service.
• Ensures Poker staff has the training, tools, and mindset to serve as service professionals.
• Creates continuous improvements in the employee experience.
• Ensures operational and game integrity.
• Handles disputes professionally and promptly.
• Manages guest and employee concerns efficiently.
• Informs Poker Manager and Surveillance team of irregularities.
• Verifies credit issuances after confirming necessary signatures.
• Informs Poker Manager of disputes on games.
• Guards required facilities and equipment.
• Guides and instructs assigned personnel.
• Reviews and evaluates personnel.
• Initiates fills and credits to games as necessary.
• Records table inventory at opening and closing times.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 5 years experience in poker, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Excellent employee and customer service skills essential.
• Knowledge of casino rules, procedures, and regulations related to Poker.
• Must be able to work independently, interact with co-workers, and maintain a professional appearance.
• Well-developed interpersonal skills, enjoyment of entertaining and communicating with the public, excellent math skills, and ability to multi-task.
• Must be able to work independently, sit, stand, or walk for long periods, respond calmly to conflicts, maneuver throughout the property, lift up to 50 lbs., and tolerate dusty, noisy, and brightly lit environments.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, handle changing priorities, and remain unfazed by unforeseen obstacles.
• Must be able to speak clearly and persuasively.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
