Poker Floor Supervisor - Aces Poker Mountlake Terrace

Responsibilities

• Supervise the operation of up to seven gaming tables.
• Ensure fills/credits are handled in accordance with regulations and policies.
• Promote positive guest relations.
• Aid in answering questions or resolving disputes.
• Collaborate with shift manager to coordinate dealer work schedules and ensure game supplies.
• Create a positive, professional atmosphere for staff and guests.
• Inspire an environment that encourages staff to share ideas, discuss concerns, and resolve conflicts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum six months dealing experience and appropriate licensure.
• Working knowledge of pull tab operations.
• Knowledge of State of Washington Gambling regulations and rules.
• Ability to review and comprehend all documents.
• Effective communication skills, including speaking, reading, and writing English.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic operations.
• Superior guest relation skills.
