Responsibilities
- Demonstrates regular and predictable attendance; arrives on time in a clean uniform with required name tag, ID, and licenses, ready to work with a positive, ready-to-learn attitude.
- Greets guests and team members warmly and professionally, supporting our Family Style Service culture.
- Works a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
- Keep the action moving by exchanging and selling chips, ensuring every guest is ready for the next big hand.
- Celebrate winning moments by processing tournament payouts, Ace Cracked jackpots, and Bad Beat prizes.
- Take charge of accuracy and accountability by verifying count sheets and managing assigned banks with confidence.
- Wrap up each shift by balancing and reconciling funds, helping keep casino operations running smoothly.
- Welcome guests to the excitement by seating players and creating a great gaming experience from the moment they arrive.
- Help connect players to the action by managing and updating waitlists, ensuring everyone gets a chance to join the fun.
- Support a professional and game-ready environment by washing, sorting, and preparing cards whenever needed.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to read, write, and understand English.
- Communicates effectively and maintains positive working relationships with guests, coworkers, and management.
- Must pass the required background check.
- Report to work in a neat and clean uniform.
- Well-groomed hair and personal hygiene are essential.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated business.
- Must be able to obtain Missouri Gaming License.
- Must be able to work any day of the week and any shift, including holidays and weekends.
- Minimum six months to a year cash handling experience strongly preferred within high volume industries.
- Must have excellent customer service/communication skills.
- Knowledgeable in data entry, read and interpret output from a computer.
- Requires frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting, reaching, pushing, and pulling throughout the shift.
- Must be able to work independently along with a team mentality.
- Must be able to bend, twist, turn, push and pull, as well as lift and carry above/below the shoulders a minimum of 25 lbs or more.
- Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time or entire shift.
- Must be able to work at a fast pace and in stressful situations.
- Is able to tolerate areas containing second-hand smoke, high noise levels, bright lights and dust.
- Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
- Must be able to maneuver around office areas, effectively work in high traffic areas and respond to visual and aural cues.
- Must have the mathematical abilities including addition and subtraction/accurate record keeping strongly required.
- Must have the dexterity to grip and work necessary items (chips, 10 key adding machine, money bags, computers, money, etc.).
