Duties & Responsibilities
- Greet customers immediately upon entering the restaurant.
- Process all transactions accurately and efficiently according to established policies and procedures.
- Run Pick-Up, To Go, and Dine-In Orders.
- Follow up with guests as they are leaving to ensure they had a great experience and invite them to return.
- Aware of the Front of House (FOH) atmosphere and ensure that the lighting, music volume, and overall cleanliness are maintained for a great first impression.
Qualifications
- Clear communication skills and ability to work well with others.
- Basic PC knowledge and familiarity with Point of Sale systems.
- Basic mathematical computations skills.
- Ability to maintain professionalism at all times.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Ability to communicate and understand English.
- Ability to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 9 hours).
