Point of Sale Coordinator
Position Responsibilities
- Oversight of delivery, invoicing, and inventory management of Point of Sale (POS) materials.
- Supporting the Market Unit Sales & Merchandising teams as needed.
- Cooking placement of POS or racks on outgoing trucks to minimize freight costs and enclose 'packing slip' alerting them to impending delivery.
- Receiving and processing manual invoices and following up with vendors on discrepancies and outstanding invoices.
- Maintaining on-hand inventory levels and ensuring minimum levels of generic POS are maintained while producing a weekly inventory report.
- Maintaining POS workstation.
Required Education and Experience
- A High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 0 to 2 years of related experience.
