About the role
This role is for a Surgical Podiatrist responsible for diagnosing and treating foot and ankle conditions through surgical and routine care.
Responsibilities
- Examining patients
- Diagnosing diseases and deformities
- Performing surgical procedures
- Managing wound care
- Prescribing medications and devices
- Advising on preventive care
- Providing patient education
- Promoting health
- Maintaining accurate medical records
Requirements
- Doctoral degree in Podiatric Medicine from an accredited school
- Board certification in Foot and Ankle Surgery
- Texas podiatrist license
- Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
- Ability to pass a background check
Qualifications
- At least three years of professional experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency with EMR systems
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
