About the Role
HealthDrive delivers on-site podiatry, optometry, dentistry, audiology, and behavioral health services to residents in long-term care, skilled nursing, and assisted living facilities. Each specialty directly impacts the quality of daily life for the residents we serve. We connect patients in need of vital healthcare to doctors committed to dignity and excellence.
This position covers work locations across Northern Michigan, including Traverse City, Roscommon, Cheboygan, and Alpena, MI. The role offers flexible scheduling with no evening or weekend hours required.
Responsibilities
- Provide general podiatry services to residents of nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and long-term care facilities within an assigned territory.
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and regular podiatry care.
- Provide wound care management.
- Enter patient information and complete required clinical documentation in our cutting-edge EMR system.
- Travel daily to skilled nursing facilities as part of a mobile treatment model.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (D.P.M.) degree.
- Completion of a one-year podiatric residency program.
- Current State professional license.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to work independently on a daily basis.
- Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in using email, the internet, and healthcare-related software.
Pay
Opportunity to earn $700+ per day via an uncapped production-based pay structure.
Schedule
Part-time or full-time (2-4 days per week). Mileage reimbursement provided.
