Our mission is to increase access to healthcare services for geriatric and underserved populations by bringing high-quality care directly to them. We provide on-site portable dentistry, podiatry, audiology, and optometry at Senior Centers, Skilled Nursing Facilities, Assisted Living Facilities, and Veteran Homes across 20+ states—and we’re continuing to grow. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional, empathetic care while handling all logistics so providers can focus solely on the patient.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide routine foot care, wound care, and treatment for diabetic-related complications.
- Diagnose and manage podiatric conditions commonly affecting geriatric patients.
- Educate patients and/or facility staff on preventive care and condition management.
- Ensure a respectful, safe, and comfortable environment tailored to geriatric needs.
Qualifications
- Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) degree.
- Active Colorado Podiatry License.
- Experience in geriatric or mobile care preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and adapt to facility-based care settings.
Schedule
1 to 2 visits per week
Weekday availability—Thursday preferred but flexible
Typical hours: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
