About Medical Director Services

Founded in 2016, Medical Director Services emphasizes quality and customer service in skilled nursing facilities (SNFs). We focus on treating residents in place to reduce unnecessary hospitalizations and ensure effective medical care. Our team understands the SNF survey process and works with specialty units, including ventilator-dependent residents. We prioritize reducing medications, particularly narcotics and psychotropics, while ensuring well-documented care to avoid facility citations. Providers maintain strong communication with surrounding hospitals to support continuity of care.
