Pod Leader, Consulting

For our client, we are seeking a Pod Leader, Consulting to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This is a player-coach sales leadership role focused on growing a portfolio of consulting accounts. You will guide a small team of enterprise account executives while also driving your own strategic sales activity in a highly competitive market. The position calls for someone who can build executive relationships, shape a vision for growth, and convert complex opportunities into six- and seven-figure wins. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $150,000 – $215,000 annually Responsibilities Lead and develop a pod of two Global Enterprise Account Executives Own strategy and end-to-end sales for a portfolio of consulting accounts Create and execute a vision to grow the pod's business Build executive-level relationships with key decision-makers Become an industry expert on consulting buying dynamics Drive pipeline through personal prospecting and ABM campaigns Forecast accurately using CRM and analytics tools Qualifications 5-7 years of enterprise sales experience, preferably in consulting or SaaS Proven track record of closing six- and seven-figure deals Experience leading and mentoring sales teams Strong strategic thinking and vision-setting skills Excellent communication skills for engaging with senior executives Comfortable with high-volume outbound prospecting Intellectual curiosity to understand complex business challenges Benefits Competitive benefits program Generous commission plan with uncapped earning potential Equity options Remote work flexibility Opportunities for professional development and team growth Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
