About the role

Strategic Workforce Solutions is seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our team on high-stakes projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project management and a proven track record of successfully managing complex, multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans that align with organizational goals
  • Lead cross-functional teams through all phases of project execution, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and resolve conflicts effectively
  • Monitor project progress against key performance indicators and adjust strategies as necessary
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience, including at least 5 years leading large-scale projects
  • Proven ability to manage diverse teams and stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum)

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of industry trends and best practices

Skills

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
  • Experience with project budgeting and cost control

  • Strong understanding of project lifecycle phases (Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring & Controlling, Closing)

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications
