POA Technician - Clearview Pool Services (Full-Time)

Responsibilities

• Efficiently work independently and doing your part to ensure that all Clearview standard operating procedures are followed.
• Complete your checklists (daily, weekly, and monthly items).
• Ensure that your property is maintained and cleaned to Clearview Standards.
• Maintain inventory of supplies at your job location/vehicle.
• Report any issues (needed maintenance, etc) to the POA Lead.
• Provide friendly, attentive, and timely service.
• Strive for strong time management, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
• Live & share your passion for genuine hospitality in your commitment to enriching lives.
• Maintain situational awareness of your surroundings, keeping an eye on all areas for tidiness and any general maintenance issues, ensuring that all are corrected or reported immediately.
• Maintain your knowledge of Sea Island’s properties, services, and offerings, and share this information with all.
• Aid when needed and are willing to help with other areas or duties as requested.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills with the ability to work within a fast-paced team environment.
• Set the tone with your strong ethics and by consistently upholding and ensuring compliance with departmental procedures, including standards for quality, timing, attendance, and appearance.
• Follow and ensure all Sea Island safety protocols are consistently met.
