PO Specialist - Insurance Specialist

We are seeking a motivated individual who is eager to learn, enjoys problem-solving, and is committed to delivering exceptional customer service. This role administers required subcontractor and supplier insurance programs while building strong relationships with clients, vendors, insurance partners, and internal teams. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, organized, relationship-focused, and able to balance risk management with outstanding service.

Responsibilities

• Export, analyze, and manipulate reports to support daily operations.
• Prioritize, collect, review, and manage required insurance documentation for suppliers and subcontractors.
• Verify that supplier insurance documentation complies with company policies, procedures, and insurance requirements.
• Research and resolve customer service inquiries by coordinating with insurance brokers, administrators, clients, and suppliers.
• Provide support to the purchasing and accounts payable team, including processing purchase orders, accounts payable transactions, and job setup requests.
• Complete special projects and perform additional duties as assigned.
