Responsibilities
- Design and deliver a comprehensive onboarding program for new project personnel
- Develop and maintain a tailored curriculum focusing on PMI/PMBOK principles for nuclear projects
- Conduct skills gap analyses and training performance reviews to identify training needs
- Create high-quality training materials, utilizing various instructional methods and real project case studies
- Implement knowledge assessments and competency tracking for project personnel
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business, Education, or related field, or high school diploma/GED with 7+ years in Project Leadership
- 7+ years of project management experience in complex, regulated environments (nuclear, power generation, aerospace, or defense preferred)
- Strong knowledge of project management best practices, especially in nuclear settings
- Solid communication and leadership skills for effective team collaboration and instruction
- Ability to analyze training needs and problems, and devise effective solutions
