Responsibilities
- Own program governance to align with customer objectives and company strategies
- Develop multi-year PLM/ALM adoption roadmaps
- Act as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders on digital transformation and product lifecycle
- Oversee project portfolios ensuring delivery quality and risk management
- Collaborate with R&D and partners for innovation
- Lead workshops and business case development for PLM/ALM projects
- Ensure governance compliance and manage escalations efficiently
- Directly manage a team of project and program managers
Qualifications
- US citizenship or Green Card holder required, not eligible for sponsorship
- 5+ years in PLM/ALM program leadership, with expertise in company technologies
- Proven track record in managing enterprise-level transformation programs in manufacturing or high-tech domains
- 5+ years delivering AI solutions to clients
- Experience in utilizing AI for enhancing Services Excellence
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
- PMP or PgMP certification highly desirable
