PMO Lead/Program Director

Responsibilities

• Own program governance to align with customer objectives and company strategies
• Develop multi-year PLM/ALM adoption roadmaps
• Act as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders on digital transformation and product lifecycle
• Oversee project portfolios ensuring delivery quality and risk management
• Collaborate with R&D and partners for innovation
• Lead workshops and business case development for PLM/ALM projects
• Ensure governance compliance and manage escalations efficiently
• Directly manage a team of project and program managers

Qualifications

• US citizenship or Green Card holder required, not eligible for sponsorship
• 5+ years in PLM/ALM program leadership, with expertise in company technologies
• Proven track record in managing enterprise-level transformation programs in manufacturing or high-tech domains
• 5+ years delivering AI solutions to clients
• Experience in utilizing AI for enhancing Services Excellence
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
• PMP or PgMP certification highly desirable
