We have an opportunity available in Hospitality for a PMO Technician.

Responsibilities

• Mobile Key Interface Setup Testing for New Installs & Retrofits
• Vostio Setup and Testing
• Pre-install Testing
• General Troubleshooting and Technical Support
• Special Projects and Assignments as requested by the PM Team and/or Management
• Participating in Planning Calls with Sales, PMs, and Customers
• Managing the Scheduling of Customer Support Calls
• Job/Product Training for new PMO Team Members as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent technical experience
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Smartsheets, and Teamwork is preferred
