PMO Solutions Engineer

About the role

The GSW PMO Solutions Engineer will act as an internal consultant, partnering with regional operations and operational support teams to diagnose operational inefficiencies and co-create solutions that fit their unique needs. The Engineer will support and extend the technical capabilities of the Process Improvement function by building, automating, and maintaining digital solutions that streamline operations. A core focus of this role is Joulz, the team’s proprietary Azure-native, multi-tenant field-workforce management platform, contributing across the Flutter/Dart client, the C#/.NET 10 API, and the supporting Azure Kubernetes (AKS) infrastructure. The Engineer will play a crucial role in turning complex processes into intuitive and streamlined solutions and will explore and implement emerging technologies, including AI and Large Language Models (LLMs). This position is located onsite at our headquarters in Castle Rock, CO.
