PMO Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee project governance, demand management, resource planning, and portfolio financials
• Lead a team of PMO analysts
• Drive stage-gate and funding governance
• Monitor program performance
• Partner with Risk, Governance, and executive leadership to maintain delivery excellence
• Portfolio reporting
• Resolve governance issues
• Forecast resources and budgets
• Ensure projects are properly staffed and positioned for success

Requirements

• Proven leadership managing a PMO and PMO teams
• Strong portfolio financial management (forecasting, accruals, budgeting)
• Experience with project governance, demand, and capacity planning
• Planview experience a plus
• Advanced MS Office and reporting tools (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate)
• Ability to be onsite
