About the Role
We are actively looking to hire talented Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners who are passionate about patient care and committed to clinical excellence. As a critical part of our clinical team, you will deliver high-quality behavioral healthcare in a 100% outpatient setting with no nights, no hospital calls, and no weekends. The role offers flexibility through telemedicine and in-person options, along with full administrative support and the latest in digital technology.
Responsibilities
- Provide medication management and therapy for adult and/or child and adolescent populations.
- Deliver evidence-based, medically driven mental healthcare in outpatient settings, both in-person and via telemedicine.
Requirements
- Licensed in one or more US states with a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Certification.
- Experience with adult and/or child and adolescent populations.
- Experience in both medication management and therapy.

Pay
Full-time income ranges from $230,000 to $260,000, with a compensation model based on productivity and unlimited/uncapped earnings.
